Easy Chocolate Cookie in a Mug

Let's go to Pennsylvania. State of the delicious chocolate chip cookie. Some of my fondest childhood memories come from baking chocolate chip cookies with my Mom and Grandma. Those sweet little pastries have been around for generations, and more to come. The chocolate chip cookie is one of the easiest cookies to make, but I have made it even simpler! This recipe is for those days where you just want to cuddle up on the couch with a good book, with a warm treat. Introducing the cookie made just for one. An easy, yummy, cookie in a mug. For this recipe, you don't even have to preheat your oven. All it takes is 60 seconds in the microwave for this delicious, traditional midnight snack.
